UNITED SAVINGS BANK PRIVACY POLICY

United Savings Bank respects the financial privacy of each and everyone of its customers and complies with Laws and Regulations designed to secure that privacy.  Any customer information will be kept confidential.  We may share customer information with our Subsidiary,  Sentry Mortgage Company, a wholly owned subsidiary doing Mortgage Banking, and other business partners in order to provide better services.  Information means nonpublic, personal financial information.

United Savings Bank will routinely collect nonpublic personal information and retain information about our customers on applications and other forms that include Name, Address, Telephone numbers, Federal Tax ID numbers, Annual Income, Current and Past Employers, Date of Birth, Mother's Maiden Name, Answer to questions on deposit, Mac/Debit Cards, Loan Applications, Deposit and Loan Balances, and  Savings and Loan History information.  We also collect customer information from Consumer Reporting Agencies and information about customers transactions with us, our affiliates and subsidiaries and others.  In order to provide new and innovative products in the future, we will also build customer profiles which will include in addition to the beforementioned items, Gender, Martial status, Birth date, additional phone numbers, Homeowner status, Drivers licence numbers, numbers of  dependants, Years on job and Occupation.  We will also retain information about the types of products and services purchased from United Savings Bank to learn about your financial interests and needs.  United Savings Bank may share this information with others to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The safeguarding of the information which we have gathered about our customers is very important.  This information is available to our employee's and agents on a need to know basis so that the employees and agents can do their jobs.  Our employee's and agents are prohibited from disclosing any information regarding our customers to anyone in a manner that would violate any applicable law or this Privacy Policy.  We do not provide information about our customers to anyone without first verifying who they are and determining if they have legal access to the information.  We will supply customers information to other parties but only with written requests signed by the customer.  We train our employee's to protect information we also have a disaster preparedness program through which this information would be secured in case of emergency.  Security and confidentiality procedures are continually monitored to make sure they work.  Our destruction of records program is also designed to make certain that confidential data is not violated.

Mac card, Debit card, and Bank by phone access codes will not be disclosed to any affiliated third party in order for them to sell you goods or services. We may give account numbers, balances, and account status to Consumer Reporting Agencies because we are allowed or required to do so by law.

We may share and disclose information with our wholly owned subsidiary, Sentry Service Corporation who is involved primarily in Mortgage Banking operations.  We may also share and disclose information with certain nonaffiliated companies that are our agents.  We do this to provide convenient access to products or services, or because the companies help us perform necessary business functions.  This sharing is permitted by law and such agents are required to keep confidential the data to which they have access.  We may share information with nonaffiliated companies as to certain Life and Disability Insurance companies in order for us to provide Life and Disability Insurance coverage for our loan customers.

OPT-OUT RIGHTS

Customer may opt-out of (1) our sharing of information about our customers with our Subsidiary under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and (2) our sharing of information about our customers with nonaffiliated companies.  Customers may opt-out of all or some of this information sharing at any time.  To do so the customers must send a signed written statement to us informing us to stop sharing the information indicated.  Once received by us the statement will be acted upon in a reasonable amount of time.  The information sharing will be stopped.  Revocation of the opt-out must also be in writing and signed by the customer.

Data will be kept confidential permanently even after a customer relationship has terminated.

Copies of this Privacy Policy will be distributed to customers at the time of opening of an account and also annually thereafter.

Commercial accounts, both deposit and loan accounts are not covered under this Policy but nevertheless the Bank will use due diligence to protect the confidentiality of the Commercial Customers.
